Service Description

Rest isn’t just about stopping — it’s about finding what replenishes you. If you’ve ever felt like rest should help but never quite does, this group coaching month is for you. Together, we’ll explore seven modes of rest, experiment with what works best for you, and build a sustainable practice that makes recovery easier. No productivity hacks, no shame — just real, meaningful rest in a supportive, neurodivergent space. It’s time to stop running on empty. What to Expect: 90 minutes of your time a week for 4 weeks spent with fellow neurodivergent folks who are or have experienced burnout experimenting with different ways to get rest.
